Enhancing experience with a
stabilising performance
Brief
Products with ionic or Quantum Technology attributes may seem difficult to grasp until it is demonstrated to the audience. The limited features in an e-commerce platform will not be able to elevate the experience further. The task was to design and implement a “demo” feature for these selected products to invite potential buyers to try them out digitally.
Approach
We adopted a game simulation system to allow users to interact with the products by equipping them into their inventory specifically designed for mission-based gameplay. The overall gameplay will take heed from the products based on their attributes in completing the in-game mission and objective. The key idea is to able to understand and utilise the products in fulfilling the game requirements.
Design
The design took inspiration from a dystopian, apocalyptic setting where the future inhabitants take shelter in war-torn underground bunkers. The cities are mostly abandoned with partially collapsed buildings and rubbles on the empty streets. The imbalanced air makes the surface inhabitable for any living form unless equipped with a protective gear. It does not provide full assurance as the world outside of the bunker has become uncharted.
